Required Documents

  • Applicant PAN and government-issued identity proof.
  • Address proof of the applicant.
  • Business constitution proof: GST certificate, Udyam registration, partnership deed, LLP agreement, or company incorporation documents, as applicable.
  • Clear logo or device file (high resolution) for logo marks or combined marks.
  • Authorisation / Power of Attorney (TM-48), where required by the Lawyer.
  • Use proof and date of first use, where “Already in Use” is claimed on the application.

Fees

₹2,250
Platform Fee — for administrative facilitation & Lawyer coordination
What the Platform Fee covers: This is the Company’s fee for administrative case-management, Lawyer availability coordination, document organisation support, scheduling, reminders, and follow-up. It does not include legal advice, trademark filing, or any Government fee.

Lawyer’s Professional Fee: Any fee charged by the independent Lawyer for trademark consultation, filing, or other legal services is entirely separate and is payable directly to the Lawyer under the Lawyer’s own terms.

Government / Registry Fee: The applicable statutory fee payable to the Trade Marks Registry is separate and is determined by the applicant category (Individual / MSME / Others), number of trademarks, and number of classes selected.

Important: The Platform Fee of ₹2,250 is not the complete cost of trademark registration. It does not include the Lawyer’s professional fee, the Government / Registry filing fee, or any other charges related to your trademark matter. All such costs are additional and separate.

Additional / Separate Services

The following services are not covered under the Platform Fee or the initial Lawyer filing arrangement and are charged separately by the Lawyer:

  • Replies to examination reports / objections raised by the Trade Marks Registry.
  • Attendance at hearings before the Registrar.
  • Filing of opposition or counter-statement in opposition proceedings.
  • Trademark assignments, renewals, and amendments.
  • Additional trademark classes beyond the initial application.
  • Any other legal or professional service not covered in the initial scope.
